Social Media Content Creator Real Estate

We are seeking a creative and market-savvy Social Media Content Creator with experience (or strong interest) in real estate marketing. We are looking for a creative to plan, design and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate should understand property marketing, buyer psychology and social media trends to create content that generates leads and builds brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Develop property showcase content explaining business model
Produce walkthrough videos, reels of amenities, project highlight, location advantage videos, client testimonials, before/after site progress updates
Edit short-form videos of properties (site visits required, if applicable)
Animate still renders using AI motion tools (zoom effects, parallax, cinematic transitions)
