Social Media Content Creator (Reels Specialist)

We are looking for a prolific, data-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator  to own our short-form video strategy from end-to-end. This is not a post and ghost role. You will be responsible for scripting, editing, and distributing 6 high-impact videos per week, then using platform analytics to ruthlessly optimize for reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit 6 high-quality reels/videos per week  using existing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
• Publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok  with platform-optimised formatting.
• Develop data-driven titles, captions, and copywriting  designed to maximise reach, engagement, and audience interaction.
