Job Description

Content Creation and Optimisation:
Develop, produce, and schedule compelling content for our diverse social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role will support all the Rentokil, Initial and Mouldgone brands.
Create and edit short-form video content specifically designed to go viral, driving brand awareness and generating quality leads. Monthly content will primarily be video (80%) and static imagery (20%).
Proactively identify, engage, and manage collaborations with key influencers to broaden our brand's reach and enhance brand messaging. Ensure all partnerships deliver measurable results that align with our campaign objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media accounts, which includes developing a content calendar, crafting engaging captions, optimising hashtags, analysing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement.
