Job Title: Social Media Content Management Specialist (Organic: Multi-Platform) - Full Time

HGI is looking for a full-time Social Media Content Management Specialist to manage our client's organic presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. If you are confident in managing platform-specific content, adapting it for each audience, and maintaining a professional brand voice, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic content across: Facebook - initial focus, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Adapt content appropriately for each platform (not copy paste posting)
• Align content with: Seasonal demand (i.e. storm/hail season), Asset protection and risk reduction messaging and Premium, professional brand positioning
