About the Role
Rep2Owner and Ian (CEO & entrepreneur) are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Social Media Content Manager to lead all content creation, brand growth, and audience engagement efforts across platforms.
This is not just a posting role — this is a growth role.
You will own the content engine behind:
Rep2Owner (brand growth, authority positioning)
Ian's personal brand (CEO presence, thought leadership)
This role is hybrid and based in Tampa, FL. The manager will work remotely when appropriate but must be available for in-person strategy sessions, content shoots, and live events as needed.
