Social Media Coordinator

A Social Media Coordinator is responsible for promoting consumer engagement and brand marketing through various social media platforms by publishing and managing social media posts and content of the clients.
The role will be reporting to the Accounts Director and has dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post, schedule and manage all posts and content for the agency's clients - across all social media channels required- with assistance from the team (text, photos, videos, graphics, news)
Engage strategically on behalf of accounts and channels, to help grow reach and engagement
Work closely with designers and content team in the production of engaging text, image, and video content
Measure social media analytics, and assist with monthly reporting as needed
Oversee social media accounts' layout and client branding
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions, trends and competitor analyses
