Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (mainly Facebook & Instagram).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and advocates.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document interactions and insights in CRM for continuous improvement.
