Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts (mainly Facebook & Instagram).
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and advocates.
  • Escalate and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document interactions and insights in CRM for continuous improvement.
