Role Description

You will be delivering social media content curation, publishing plan, and monthly reporting for our clients. You are an expert in social media platforms and know the latest trends to publish content that is engaging and impactful to the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Source social media content from existing global content platforms and curate the format and caption copy to fit the client’s brief,
Stay up to date with social media trends to propose social media content that is relevant and engaging,
Use social media management tool such as Sprinklr to schedule social media posts and gather social media platform performance data,
Prepare monthly social media report to analyse and report on the clients’ performance on social media with recommendations for improvements. Work closely with the internal team to derive insights from the reports for improvements and future campaign activation strategy or tactic,
