Social Media Expert

IBSTEC is looking for a highly experienced E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead to manage and scale international e-commerce operations across Amazon and Shopify, while leading multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for global clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role involving strategy, execution, analytics ownership, and system building for high-value, million-dollar brands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Operations (Amazon & Shopify)
Manage and scale Amazon Marketplace and Shopify stores for international clients
Oversee Shopify order management, fulfillment workflows, and third-party integrations
Monitor and optimize conversion rates, AOV, retention, profitability, and store performance
Coordinate with internal teams handling listings, creatives, and operations
2. Performance & Social Media Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X
Manage TikTok Shop operations
