We are looking for a Social Media Growth & Traffic Manager whose main responsibility is to drive real traffic to our ready pages, blogs, and app—not just post content. This role is results-focused and ideal for someone who understands trends, short-form video, and platform algorithms.

Primary Goal of This Role

Bring consistent traffic from social media to our:

• Landing pages
• Blog articles
• App download pages
• What You'll Be Responsible For
• Creating and posting trendy, high-performing content on:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube (Shorts + basic strategy)

Turning blogs into:

• Reels / TikToks / Shorts
• Carousels
• Stories
• Writing strong captions with clear calls to action
• Following and applying current trends, hooks, and sounds
• Using hashtags, timing, and formats to maximize reach
