Social Media & Influencer Associate

We’re building a new-age social media team focused on creating internet-native brands that people genuinely care about. This role is for someone who understands culture, content, trends, internet behaviour, and community: someone who’s excited to work closely with strategy, creators, founders, and fast-moving brands. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day execution and growth of social media across multiple brands while also helping us discover creators, trends, and emerging opportunities before everyone else does. What You’ll Do Social Media Execution Schedule and publish content across platforms. Assist in editing short-form content and reels. Write captions and support content packaging. Track post performance and engagement metrics. Test different formats, hooks, trends, and posting styles. Monitor comments, DMs, conversations, and community sentiment.
