Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Social Media & Client Communication Executive to manage our online presence and handle customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Respond promptly to calls, messages, comments, and inquiries from clients
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required
Maintain records of leads, messages, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for updates, promotions, and responses
Ensure consistent brand tone and professional communication
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Professional phone and chat handling skills
Organized, punctual, and customer-focused
Basic computer and WhatsApp Business knowledge
