IBSTEC is looking for a results-driven Social Media & E-commerce Growth Lead to drive sales, leads, and scalable revenue for international brands. This role requires a specialist in Meta Ads and UGC-based performance marketing, combined with strong experience in Shopify growth and conversion optimization.
The ideal candidate knows how to combine content research, creative strategy, and paid media to build full-funnel systems that generate measurable business outcomes not just engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Ads & Paid Social (Primary Focus)
Plan, launch, and scale high-performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Build and manage full-funnel advertising structures (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
Continuously test creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV
2. UGC & Creative Performance Strategy
Lead UGC ad strategy, including scripting, messaging angles, and creative direction
