Thriveworks is seeking an experienced
Social Media Lead
to shape and grow our organic social presence. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll own platform strategy, content creation, and community engagement—positioning Thriveworks as the most trusted, most human voice in mental health.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute social strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create and manage a high-volume content calendar (10–12 posts/week)
• Lead remote video shoots with clinicians and produce social-first video content
• Manage community engagement and deliver monthly performance insights
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and PR teams to maximize reach
