Social media lead

Responsibilities
:

1. Social strategy + channel focus

2. Define which channels we should prioritize based on our audiences and goals

3. Build a simple, repeatable operating plan: content pillars, cadence, formats, and distribution

4. Institutional content engine (hands-on)

5. Create and publish high-performing content across formats (short-form video, carousels, static, text posts—based on channel strategy)

6. Develop repeatable series and campaigns designed to grow reach and recognition
7. Repurpose and amplify existing assets (including founder-led where helpful) into institutional formats

8. Coordinate with internal resources when needed (e.g., design/support), while staying flexible enough to ship content directly when required

9. Performance measurement + optimization
