JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Media Manager runs the day-to-day execution of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This role takes finished assets and executes them flawlessly. The person must be detail-oriented, fast, and deeply platform fluent. This role reports to the Senior Director of Social Media and PR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain the social content calendar
• Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Write captions, hashtags, and calls to action
• Publish Instagram Stories and Pinterest Pins
• Monitor comments and DMs and respond appropriately
• Escalate customer issues or brand concerns
• Identify trends and real-time content opportunities
• Track performance and deliver weekly reports
