We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support communications, content creation, social media management, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in promoting speaking engagements, podcasts, and other initiatives while ensuring all content is on-brand, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Assist with funnel mapping, campaign structuring, and task prioritization
• Help organize marketing initiatives and timelines

Execution

• Set up and manage CRM workflows in Mastermind
• Implement email campaigns and landing pages
• Coordinate marketing workflows and campaign rollouts

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create marketing copy for webinars, lead magnets, and promotions
