Cress Group of Companies Zambia is looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media & Content Creator to lead digital content production across our showroom and restaurant businesses.
This is not a basic videographer role — we need someone who understands short-form content strategy, audience engagement, and social media growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and execute engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Shoot content in showrooms, restaurants, and business locations
• Edit high-quality videos aligned with current trends
• Manage daily social media activity (posts, stories, engagement)
• Assist with basic customer responses when required
• Identify target audiences and optimize ad boosting strategies
• Develop content ideas independently
