Job Description
Location: Hybrid - GTA & Barrie (must have access to a car)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (10 AM - 4 PM on-site), Fridays work-from-home
Salary: $50–60K base + $10K performance bonus
Growth Path:
$5K salary increase in 2026 upon your one-year anniversary with the team
$10K increase in 2027 (long-term reward)
$2,500 for each new social account launched
Team milestone-based bonuses
Long weekend flexibility (Friday or Monday off)

Access to in-house graphic designer, animator & web developer
