Social Media Manager

At Tuft & Paw, we’ve built a brand that cat parents trust for thoughtful design, uncompromising quality, and a healthy dose of feline obsession. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our organic social presence, with a clear mandate: grow our reach and turn our channels into places cat people actually want to hang out.

Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, this role is responsible for translating strategy into execution. You’ll be hands‑on in planning, publishing, and optimizing content, while working closely with our content and community teams to keep our channels active, on‑brand, and culturally relevant. This is a mid‑level role with real ownership — ideal for someone who’s ready to fully run channels, develop strong instincts around short‑form video, and grow into a long‑term social lead.

Responsibilities

• Own Tuft & Paw’s organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on growing reach and video views.
