Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across our portfolio’s social channels, including Cache Ventures, Emailable, Sur, and Founder accounts. This role is hands‑on. You’ll develop content pillars, manage the calendar, create and edit posts, and optimize based on what’s actually working. We’re not looking for someone to schedule content and check a box; we want someone who understands what makes B2B and SaaS content perform and can execute against that daily.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts
• Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing
