We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across all AAL Group brands.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage multiple brand pages under AAL Group
• Lead and coordinate a small content/marketing team
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Monitor page performance, insights, and analytics
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements
• Work closely with marketing for campaigns, promos, and launches
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices
