Social Media Manager

I am hiring a full-time Social Media expert to manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google marketing for multiple small businesses. This is a hands-on role for someone with proven experience and real results, not theory.

You will manage content, promotions, and paid ads while also helping me understand what is being done and why. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person in a fast-moving small business environment where priorities may change.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram & Facebook, and other platforms, content and promotion
• Run Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
• Create content using provided raw materials or gather content when needed
• Schedule posts, manage engagement, and track performance
• Support multiple businesses based on daily priorities
• Provide weekly summary reports across all projects
