Social Media Manager

Location: On-site – Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Time Zone)
We are looking for a strategy-driven Social Media Manager who can own brand presence, content direction, and messaging across platforms.
This role is not limited to posting or running ads. We need someone who can think strategically, plan content with intent, and lead high-quality execution aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute social media strategy and content planning
• Define content direction, audience targeting, and messaging
• Create or guide the creation of reels, carousels, and posts
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across platforms
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize content
• Collaborate with internal teams for alignment and growth
