Social Media Manager

We're seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to support and grow WHY.CGI's social presence. This role works hands-on with content creation, trend development, and platform strategy under the guidance of the Social Media Lead. You'll play a key part in shaping how our work show up in feeds and communities.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish content based on internal guidelines
• Use AI and automation tools to support social media workflows and to spot trends, platform shifts, and viral formats
• Generate content ideas and help build structured content plans
• Write clear, engaging captions and texts and adapt content in English
• Support community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)
• Monitor post performance and assist in reporting insights
