Job Description
We're looking for a fast-moving, execution-focused Social Media Manager to scale the personal brand of a founder-led relationship services company.
The founder is the face of the business, and this role will own the strategy and execution behind growing her presence across social media and email. You will create, edit, publish, experiment, analyze, and iterate. The goal is simple: increase visibility, strengthen authority, and build a highly engaged audience that converts into customers.
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable producing content daily, testing bold ideas, and staying ahead of platform changes. You are not here to maintain content. You are here to grow it.
