Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Support social listening, trend reporting, and community engagement across platforms.
Assist in managing and responding to reviews and comments to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Use social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Press Ganey or similar) to monitor engagement and performance.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Support social media advertising efforts, including planning, monitoring, and optimization.
Track analytics and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends and emerging technologies.
Maintain documentation and reporting in Workfront for campaign tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
At least 2 years of experience in Creative Services, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
