Social Media Manager

• Support social listening, trend reporting, and community engagement across platforms.
• Assist in managing and responding to reviews and comments to maintain a positive brand reputation.

• Track analytics and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging technologies.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in Workfront for campaign tracking.

Qualifications
