Job Description

  1. Strategy & Planning

  2. Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with each client's business goals.

  3. Define content pillars, posting cadence, and growth objectives per client.
  4. Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  5. Contribute to campaign ideas, launches, and promotions alongside paid media and creative teams.

  6. Content Management

  7. Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  8. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines.
  9. Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

  10. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors to deliver content on time.

  11. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  12. Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and conversions.
