Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a marketing agency with day-to-day digital marketing tasks. The role involves creating and scheduling content, managing social media platforms, engaging with audiences, and assisting with general administrative and outreach tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in marketing and social media management.

Scope of Work

Social Media Management

• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (primarily graphics; occasional short-form videos are a bonus).
• Adapt and optimize content specifically for each platform.
• Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.
• Manage community engagement (replying to comments, DMs, and audience queries).
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar.
