We are seeking a highly experienced and sophisticated Real Estate Social Media & Content Producer to support a fast-growing real estate team. This role will focus on producing high-quality, engaging social media content for multiple real estate professionals, including personal branding and property-related marketing. The ideal candidate has strong video editing skills, understands the real estate industry, and can independently manage content workflows to help drive brand visibility and lead generation.

This position requires someone proactive, creative, highly organized, and capable of elevating content quality beyond entry-level execution.

Work Schedule

• Initially part-time (25 hours per week), with potential to scale to near full-time
• Flexible schedule aligned with U.S. business hours
