Social Media Project Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Social Media Project Executive to manage and coordinate social media projects across multiple platforms. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social media campaigns—ensuring timelines, quality, and brand consistency are always met.

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone who understands social media workflows and enjoys collaborating with creatives while keeping projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end social media projects and campaigns
• Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors
• Create and maintain social media content calendars
• Ensure deadlines, brand guidelines, and requirements are consistently met
• Review social media content for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
