to join our onsite team. This role focuses on managing customer communication across social media and e-commerce platforms while supporting overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to
  DMs and comments
  on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Engage with audiences in a professional, on-brand manner
• Handle customer inquiries on
  Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
• Monitor messages, resolve basic issues, and escalate when required
• Support brand growth through consistent and timely engagement
