Role Overview

We are a high-performing real estate team seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to handle social media posting tied to our listings and key milestones (coming soon, active, price reductions, etc.). We already have a structure and systems—your job is to execute consistently and stay on-brand using our templates, guidelines, and approvals process.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative but also process-driven. You should be able to follow instructions closely and produce content that matches the company's voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish listing-related social media posts based on defined triggers and checklist steps (e.g., coming soon, active, price change)
• Use provided brand assets, templates, and guidelines to ensure content is consistent and on-brand
