Social Media Specialist

About the role: We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution. What you’ll do: Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short-form video) Create content end-to-end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop-ups, festivals) Produce real-time content during events Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data Identify trends and explore new platforms What we’re looking for: 3 years in social media / digital marketing / content roles Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape Experience managing campaigns (not just posting) Hands-on content creation skills (video, editing, copy) Data-driven and organized, able to handle multiple projects Strong collaboration skills (PR, KOL,...
