Content Management & Publishing

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.

Community & Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster positive interactions.
• Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for UGC and partnerships.

Advertising & Boosting

• Execute self-managed ad campaigns (boosting, basic Meta/Google Ads).
• Liaise with ad agencies or internal teams to optimize performance.
• Track KPIs (reach, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies.

Reporting & Optimization

• Analyze insights (Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) and propose improvements.
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and posting times.
