Video Editing & Content Creation for Community Growth (50%)
Transform expert conversations into community-building content:
● Mine 60+ recorded sessions for compelling moments that showcase community value
● Create 15-90 second videos optimised for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
● Craft hooks, subtitles, and visual storytelling that resonates with product managers and leaders (using AI tools that help e.g. Opus)
● Design content that moves people through the funnel: discovery → follow → engage → attendance → subscription → membership
Build a sustainable content engine:
● Repurpose long-form expert video recordings into multiple short-form assets
● Create series and themes that build anticipation and recurring engagement
● Develop content that highlights community value, expert insights, and member success stories
● Write captions and CTAs that drive specific actions at each funnel...
