Position: Social Media Specialist

Location: Remote (AU-based Timezone)

Employment Type: Part-time

Work schedule: 4 hrs per day between 8 am - 5pm Perth time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and messaging
• Manage comments, messages, and community engagement
• Monitor trends and suggest content ideas to improve reach and engagement
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools preferred)
