Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing, growing, and maintaining the official Facebook pages of JGQ Group, as well as its TikTok and LinkedIn accounts. The role focuses on content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoring to strengthen brand presence, support recruitment, and promote company initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and update all JGQ Group Facebook pages, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts
• Create engaging graphics, short videos, and captions using Canva
• Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with company branding and campaigns
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Operations for recruitment and corporate postings
