About the Role
The Social Media Editor creates high-performing, scroll-stopping short-form content for Mindvalley's social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X — with occasional long-form edits when needed.
This role blends storytelling, creativity, and platform intelligence to craft content that captures attention, communicates authentic brand narratives, and drives organic growth. You'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and social media managers to transform raw footage into content that inspires, educates, and converts — with an emphasis on speed, creativity, and performance over heavy post-production.
You're a social native with an editor's eye and a strategist's brain — someone who understands not just how to cut videos, but why people stop, watch, and share. You can distill a 60-minute talk into a 60-second story that lands emotionally and performs algorithmically.
