Social Media Video Producer

We are looking for a highly hands‑on Social Video Producer to join the global social team at Bybit. This role is not about high-level strategy or planning — it is about execution, creation, and enabling the team to produce high‑performing social‑first video content at scale .

You will be responsible for creating, editing, and shaping short‑form and long‑form video content , while also training and upskilling the internal team to produce content independently.

A key part of this role is the ability to create high‑quality UGC‑style and AI‑generated video content , helping bridge the gap where internal production and external agencies are limited.

• Create daily social‑first video content for Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Shoot, edit, and publish content quickly with strong understanding of platform behavior
