Job Scope:

• Programme Planning: Organize engaging, beneficial activities and events (e.g., exercise, wellness, lifelong learning) for seniors.
• Active Outreach & Engagement: Recruit seniors to the Active Ageing Centre, conduct home visits, and build rapport to reduce social isolation.
• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and support volunteers to facilitate activities and befriending initiatives.
• Health & Social Support: Conduct screenings and refer seniors to appropriate community care, social assistance, or family services.

Administration: Manage client databases, prepare reports, and handle logistical support for centre operations.
