About the role

We are looking for a Social Worker who is passionate about assisting those impacted by workplace injuries. At Ascent Rehabilitation Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries, illnesses or disabilities. This full-time position, based in Canberra ACT 2600, involves case management activities including conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments; developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation plans to support our clients' recovery and reintegration into their daily lives; and coordinating clients access to services and supports. This is for an entry level role, no industry experience is required - new graduates are encouraged to apply!
