We work holistically and we empower individuals, families and communities to take charge of their own health.
We are seeking a Social Worker – Grade 2 to work in a full-time basis (80hrs per fortnight, including ADO’s – ongoing)
About the role
The Grade 2 Social Worker is an experienced clinician who works with individuals, families, groups and communities to assist with, and improve well-being through casework, counselling, advocacy and community development.
