At New Life Stories (NLS), we believe that the relationship is the client. Every connection we build becomes a bridge toward healing, resilience, and belonging. We journey with families impacted by incarceration — holding space for their stories, restoring trust, and nurturing hope.

Our practice rests on the belief that healing happens through relationships — within families, communities, and systems. Guided by a systemic understanding of family life, insight into how hard experiences shape beliefs and choices, and restorative values of voice, choice, and accountability, we support families to rediscover identity, rebuild trust, and create new life stories of strength and connection.

• Provide case management and relationship-focused support, using empathy and connection as tools for change.
• Conduct family assessments, home visits, and multi‑agency care planning (SPS, MSF, FSCs, SSAs, schools, etc).
