Salary: £35,412-£39,152

Location: South of the County – Base Stamford

Responsibilities

• Gather information, assess need and risk, and ensure people receive the right support at the right time, with a strong focus on early intervention and prevention.
• Engage with members of the public, professionals, and partner agencies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Use professional judgement to make informed decisions, provide advice and guidance, and identify appropriate pathways to support independence and wellbeing.
• Engage with local communities through events and outreach activity to maximise opportunities for early support and prevention.

Qualifications
