UPMC Western Maryland's Outpatient Dialysis Department is seeking a full-time Social Worker!

This is a full-time position working Dayshift Monday - Friday. Saturdays may be required if needed.

All MSW level licensed Social Workers encouraged to apply!

_The title and pay rate of this position may vary depending upon years of relevant experience. Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the career ladder based on their individual experience and education._

This position is eligible for a generous sign-on bonus!
Sign-On Bonus Details:
$6,000 with a 2-year work commitment.

The Social Worker is responsible for providing complete psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, individual, family, group, bereavement, and end of life counseling, and timely and appropriate discharge planning based on known or anticipated needs.
