**Full Time | Pay: $28.25 Hourly | Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (OFF Saturday & Sunday)**
**This position may be housed in Talihina or McAlester.**
**Hours may vary dependent on business needs.**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Serve as an advocate, case manager and coordinator of services in situations involving child and family matters.
**Primary Tasks:**
+ Interview clients and assess social and emotional needs and determine nature and degree of services needed.
+ Provide individual case management, advanced specialized treatment planning and intervention.
+ Manage cases of tribal members, collaborate with tribal prosecutor's office, and attend court hearings.
+ Monitor cases to ensure that state agencies and state courts comply with and where applicable, any tribal, state, and federal guidelines.
