Work Type: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
This position is eligible for a retention bonus that is paid out incrementally after successful completion of probationary period
Summary:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) functions as a member of an inter-disciplinary team and provides services to patients and caregivers that are necessary to address social and emotional problems that are or are expected to be an impediment to the effective treatment of the patient’s medical condition or rate of recovery. Services provided may include but are not limited to, bio-psychosocial assessment and evaluation of factors impacting the patient’s ability to participate optimally in the treatment plan, providing education and linkage to additional financial and community ...
